Application Procedures

Hiring Policies

  1. Review Admission Requirements: Check the admission requirements for the program you’re interested in. These may include academic transcripts, letters of recommendation or personal statements.

  2. Complete Application Form: Fill out the online application form provided by the college. This will typically include personal information, educational background, and details about the program you’re applying for.

  3. Submit Supporting Documents: Gather and submit any required supporting documents, such as transcripts and letters of recommendation. Make sure to follow the instructions for each document carefully, including any formatting or submission guidelines.

  4. Pay Application Fee: This is a fee of 25 USD is required to cover processing costs. Make sure to submit the fee according to the instructions provided by the college.

  5. Track Application Status: After submitting your application, you will be able to track its status online through the college’s application portal. Be sure to follow up if you haven’t received confirmation of receipt or updates on your application status.

  1. Job Posting: The  college will  post faculty positions on its website. The posting will include information about the position, the qualifications required, and instructions for applying.

  2. Application Submission: Interested candidates will submit their application materials, which may include a curriculum vitae (CV), cover letter, teaching philosophy statement, and letters of recommendation.

  3. Initial Screening: The college’s hiring committee will review applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for the position. 

  4. Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an online panel interview. The interview will assess candidates’ fit for the position and their potential contributions to the college community.

  5. Reference Checks: The hiring committee will contact references provided by the candidates to gather additional information about their qualifications, teaching effectiveness, and professional conduct.

  6. Offer and Negotiation: After completing the interview process and reference checks, the college will extend an offer to the selected candidate. Negotiations will occur regarding salary, benefits, start date, and other terms of employment.

  7. Onboarding: Once the offer is accepted, the college will work with the new faculty member to complete the necessary paperwork and orientation processes to facilitate a smooth transition into the role.
